Puerto Rico
Police Department:
The
Puerto Rico
Police Department has
fully endorsed the
Lighthouse Cycling Tour
’09 for the second year
in a row. This coveted
endorsement enhances the
entire riding experience
in
Puerto Rico
because for most riders
it guarantees a constant
pace
the entire day,
without having to stop
at traffic lights or
stop signs.
Dozens of
motorized
police officers
provide the
“escorted feeling”
ending with
a full
escort into Old San Juan
that is befitting
of one of the three
great European
professional cycling
Tours
