San Juan Cycling Club was formally incorporated December 30, 2005 as a corporation whose nature or purposes are “to foster participation in non competitive middle and long distance cycling group rides; also to increase public and individual awareness of bicycling as a legitimate, exciting and healthy competitive sport.” (Article of Incorporation III)
